Post-GameJam minor Bug-fixes

Minor Bug fix release that fixes a few of the quirks the game jam stress brought with it's time limit.
- Fixed level order. Levels now are in ordered in the correct order (no more confusion why the credits are mid game XD)
- Fixed wrong colored trap
- Fixed Creeper Level finish line - the level now has a proper start & finish instead of starting in the finish.
